Today, January 30, 2009 - Cornish Heritage Farms is in the spotlight over at Card Positioning Systems (CPS). CHF is a sponsor for their Anniversary Celebration Card Contest as CPS celebrates 100 sketches and 2 years of blogdom. So much inspiration can be gleamed from those ladies over there.

Here is my take on CPS Sketch #100 entitled "Music Gives You Wings to Fly".

New Elvis Stamps at Cornish Heritage Farms

OK you Elvis fans, there is yet another release today of Elvis stamps, this time, we are celebrating Graceland! We have this great Graceland Logo and the most recognizable gates in the world - Graceland Gates.

I started by inking the tags with lots of Distress Inks, followed by H2O watercolors, then stamped right over it with black ink. You can get tags at Office Depot or similar for SO cheap!!! And tags can be used on so many projects.

You can see complete supply lists by clicking on the images, where you will be taken to my CHF gallery.

Thanks for stopping by. :)

Scrapbooking Makes Me Smile

I love making cards, but I LOVE scrapbooking. Layouts, I can keep for my family, or give away in an album to my sister for instance. I have so many layouts done of her family, that it could make a nice bumpy album when all put together.

Since I have been buying Bad Girls Kits, I have spent more time crafting with my photos. Below are 2 layouts I completed over the last week and I especially love the first one. I think it will be placed in a shadow box for my DD's room.

Sad for me, my Bad Girls sub ran out and the value of the Canadian dollar has not been kind to my pocket book, so I will no longer be getting my kits. I have been admiring Scrap Magie kits though out of Quebec, they have amazing kits and have top-notch guest designers quite regularly to show off the combination of supplies.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope I can provide even the slightest bit of inspiration. Now go get creating!
