I am getting the first one and can't wait to start creating!!!  I have ordered from Up the Street MANY times before I became a Design Team member, and I can 100% say that Tara has THE BEST kits and THE BEST customer service!  Some of my best layouts have been created with her kits. 

She now has a store front too, near London Ontario.
